You have 15 days from receiving the order to request a return. Unfortunately, refunds are no longer eligible for any orders after the 15 day return period. E-mail us at bossbaebz@gmail.com to begin your return process. E-mail subject: Return. Upon e-mail, we will ask you fill out a return form with information regarding the the return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will not be refunded for your exchange if the item has any wear or distress, pet hair, odors (good or bad), and stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.

All orders will be processed within 3 business days unless stated otherwise. Please double check your input address to ensure the correct shipping address and efficient delivery. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Yes, we do restocks, but it's not very common. We have limited quantities of each item so most times, once they're gone, they are gone forever. If you love an item and it's available in your size, we suggest getting it or regretting it. Follow our instagram @shopbossbaeb to get updates on our restocks!
